NEWS:

The Customs and Border Protection (CBP) amended the Customs Regulations as follows

Airports that have been designated by the Commissioner of CBP as user fee facilities:

• Hanscom Field in Bedford, Massachusetts; Eagle County Regional Airport in Eagle, Colorado; and

• Rogers Municipal Airport in Rogers, Arkansas.

Withdrawal of user fee airport designations at:

• Rogue Valley International Airport in Medford, Oregon and

• Hulman Regional Airport in Terre Haute, Indiana.

• Ocala International Airport in Ocala, Florida.

Effective Date: May 3, 2005.

The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Department of Treasury announced major revisions to their watch list on May 4, 2005. A number of entities have been added in the notice and information on existing parties on the watch list has been updated with new addresses and branch offices.

DENIED PERSON UPDATE:

The following entities were added to the Denied Persons List .The full list of changes can be accessed at the OCR web site

  Privileges affected: General and validated licenses, all commodities, any destination, also exports to Canada. MIDDLE NAME IDENTIFIED AS LONG.
  Effective date: 11/27/95, Expiration date: 11/27/10
